FF/UMEC/VI associated with clinical remission and improved outcomes in uncontrolled asthma: Results from a real-world US study
A real-world study showed higher clinical remission rates when fluticasone furoate/umeclidinium/vilanterol was initiated as initial maintenance therapy vs. step-up from iCS-containing regimens. Reductions in exacerbation rates and improvements in lung function further support timely triple-therapy initiation in eligible patients with uncontrolled asthma.
