Sustained improvement in pruritus among patients with PBC treated with seladelpar: Results from the 30-month ASSURE Study
Long-term data from the ASSURE study affirm that seladelpar, a first-in-class PPARδ agonist, provides sustained, clinically meaningful relief from cholestatic pruritus in PBC patients for up to 30 months. Findings show significant, durable improvements in numerical rating scale (NRS), 5-D Itch, and PBC-40 scores, transforming quality of life for symptomatic patients.
